Terms of Service
Agenzya is in private preview. These terms govern your access to the waitlist and the preview product. By requesting access or using Agenzya, you agree to them. We keep them short on purpose, and we'll publish full terms before general availability.
01 The preview
Agenzya is offered as an early, invite-only preview. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and access may be limited, paused, or ended at our discretion. The preview is provided free of charge unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
02 Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your agency.
- Invites: invite codes are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
- Activity: you're responsible for what happens in your workspace, including actions taken by people you invite.
03 Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, attempt to access other workspaces, or reverse-engineer the product. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
04 Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Agenzya — clients, projects, time entries, quotations, invoices and connected data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
05 Feedback & confidentiality
We welcome feedback and may use it to improve Agenzya without obligation to you. Unreleased features you see during the preview are confidential; please don't share screenshots or details publicly without asking us first.
06 No warranty
The preview is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may contain bugs and lose data — keep your own copies of anything important, and don't rely on Agenzya as your only record for invoicing, payroll or tax.
07 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Agenzya is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the preview. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it, if any.
08 Ending access
You can stop using Agenzya and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or when the preview ends. You can export your workspace content for 30 days after closure, after which it is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
09 Changes & contact
We'll update these terms as Agenzya moves toward general availability and note the date above whenever we do; continuing to use the preview means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Write to support@agenzya.com.
